This internship is a fantastic opportunity for law students or recent graduates to develop their skills and knowledge while working alongside experienced legal professionals.<\/p>\n
Support the team of Lawyers\/Legal Assistants in drafting legal advisory letters for clients as assigned by supervising lawyers and company leadership.<\/p>\n
Update new legal documents, review legal regulations in various fields as assigned by the supervising Lawyer\/Legal Assistant.<\/p>\n
Participate in drafting client documentation and liaise with government agencies alongside other personnel.<\/p>\n
Assist in reviewing contracts and internal agreements between the Company and third parties, and provide legal opinions.<\/p>\n
Translate legal documents and materials between English and Vietnamese.<\/p>\n
Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in English (priority given).<\/p>\n
Academic scores of 7.0 or above in Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Logic courses.<\/p>\n
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.<\/p>\n
Positive mindset, proactive learning and research attitude to quickly adapt and achieve the best results. Enthusiastic, persistent, confident, and highly responsible.<\/p>\n
Strong independent working skills, attention to detail, flexibility, good teamwork, effective problem-solving, and ability to handle situations professionally.<\/p>\n
